Shipping policy
Hello, Chris here with some helpful info about my online shop:
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! However, EU orders are fulfilled and shipped by a third party to comply with GPSR rules - this means some products are not available in that region. For the rest of planet Earth, I personally package and ship all orders!
What about customs fees and the new USA tariff rules?
I post all my orders with Royal Mail's "Postal Delivery Duties Paid" service. This means I take care of customs/tax fees on my end and you should hopefully pay no extra on arrival.
Do orders have tracking?
If you require tracking, please choose a tracked service on checkout. All EU orders have tracking.

Is your store eco-friendly?
I try to source my products as locally as possible. I also do my best to ship orders with as little packaging and plastic as possible. My store also utilises an app called Shopify Planet which allows me to offset carbon dioxide emissions produced when shipping orders.
Do you have a returns policy?
Yes, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund. You're also eligible if your order is damaged, incorrect or missing. Please contact me below or email chris@safelyendangered.com so I can sort it out for you.
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
