Shipping policy

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, but please be aware that you may be charged VAT and customs fees on arrival.

Do orders have tracking?

No but all orders are dispatched by Royal Mail who are usually reliable chaps. 

Is your store eco-friendly?

I try to source my products as locally as possible. I also do my best to ship orders with as little packaging and plastic as possible. My store also utilises an app called Shopify Planet which allows me to offset carbon dioxide emissions produced when shipping orders.

Do you have a returns policy?

Yes, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund. You're also eligible if your order is damaged, incorrect or missing. Please contact me here or email chris@safelyendangered.com so I can sort it out for you.

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When will my order arrive?

Here you can see estimated shipping times provided by Royal Mail. Please note that I ship each order personally, so there may be delays during busy seasons.
